This regenerative organic hub is designed to support Canadian farmers across the agriculture spectrum find, learn, and implement regenerative organic practices on their farm, access educational tools, and connect with a network of regenerative organic farmers.
Farmers practicing regenerative organic agriculture are weaving together and seeing the benefits of these complementary practices. They are finding a balance that includes removing unwanted inputs from their farm, improving the health of the soil, and working with nature. This is no small feat, as transforming our agriculture practices and food system is one of the single strongest opportunities to improve health and equity, restore biodiverse ecosystems, and create resilient communities.

In the summer of 2025, the Regenerative Organic Oats (ROO) program was in full swing across the fields of participating Prairie farmers. In late July, ROO Program Coordinator Dru headed to Hays, AB to visit Bernie at Wickenheiser Organic Farms.
