Tour three local farms in Melancthon and Clearview, Ontario to witness regenerative grazing systems at work and meet the farmers behind them!
Stop 1: Riverview Ranch – Double forage production, increase soil organic mater and profitably raise sheep with intensive grazing.
Stop 2: The New Farm Centre – Manage cover crops and increase soil health with multi-species grazing – cattle, poultry and pigs.
Stop 3: Armstrong Family Farms – AMP grazing using e-collar virtual fencing in a profitable cow-calf and custom grazing operation.
Guests must transport themselves to each farm. Locally-grown BBQ lunch is included. Dress for the weather–this event is rain or shine!
